1. Affirmations are a powerful tool for healing and self-love. Affirmations can boost energy, increase mental clarity, and inspire confidence. Some of the most common affirmations include: “I’m worthy and deserving of love and happiness” and “I deserve to be successful.” Whether you say them out loud or just in your head, affirmations can change your life.

        The following are a series of positive statements that affirm contentment with oneself, one’s body, and other’s opinions. They should be said to oneself multiple times a day in order to have a more positive outlook on life. In addition, affirmations can be done as part of a meditation or as a “self-love” break by closing your eyes and reciting the affirmation to yourself. Enjoy.

In conclusion, I would like to offer some simple ways that you can improve your life with the art of manifestation.

1) Do not be attached to the outcome. Manifesting is about what’s important to you, not how it will benefit someone else.
2) Clear your clutter and stop blaming others for your problems.
3) Be grateful for what you already have. We tend to manifest what we focus on most.
